Narrow Lot Homes

  We have dealt exclusively with Ben Leitch on our 3 occasions building with Plunkett. Ben is such a joy to work with and we will be happy giving Ben more business in future  

  We received handover for our home early last month but have been busy moving etc. We just wanted to email to thank you for all the help planning and designing the house. Especially with the amount of changes we put you through. The house is everything we imagined, flows beautifully and best of all maximises the space on our narrow lot. Everyone is amazed at how small it looks from the front but how spacious the home actually is. There is honestly nothing we would change after living in the home for nearly 2 months now- I think this is a rare occurrence for first time builders! We will definitely recommend yourself and Plunkett to anyone looking to build.  

  It is my pleasure to offer you my comments about the service I received from you and the Plunkett Group team in building my home recently. The only time I inspected my home during the construction stage was at the time of the commencement of the handover process. I had made a number of progress payments along the way and never had any concern of needing to inspect the ongoing construction along the way as I always had 100 per cent confidence in the Plunkett team and that the job was always going to be completed as per the plans and specifications, on time and to a quality standard. And that's exactly what happened. Over the last few years our family has built a number of homes through Plunkett Group and it has always been a smooth process which is a real credit to all the people involved from the Plunkett Group.  

  Deciding which Builder is not an easy task. Ben Leitch was very understanding to our needs. We did not want any surprises during the process, which we had so commonly heard about. He itemised everything we wanted and suggested a number of things we hadn't thought of, but were necessary. He's insight and planning presented us with a no surprise cost of building our home. This made it easier to select our builder. We do not regret choosing Ben he has been patient and understanding despite our numerous phone calls. He's swift, caring attitude made the start our building process a lot smoother and satisfying.
